S9 Game Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the S9 Game platform, accessible at s9game.onl. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets or using any part of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your login credentials with anyone else, and logging out after each session — particularly when using a shared or public device.

S9 Game will never ask you for your password by phone, email or any other channel. If someone contacts you claiming to be from S9 Game and asks for your password, do not provide it and report the contact to our support team immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact S9 Game support as soon as possible. We may suspend your account temporarily while the matter is investigated.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including any bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — regardless of whether those actions were carried out by you personally. S9 Game cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

To keep your account in good standing, you should:

All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet that belongs to you and is registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to other people — including family members — is not permitted.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on S9 Game:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after they have been accepted by the system, except where a cash-out option is available and exercised before the event concludes.
• S9 Game reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or where a match or event is cancelled, abandoned or significantly altered from its original format.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules applicable to that sport and event type, as displayed on the relevant betting page.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are shown when placing a bet and may vary by sport, event and market type.
• Live (in-play) betting is available on selected matches. Odds for live markets change in real time and the platform may suspend markets temporarily during key moments in a match.
• S9 Game does not accept bets placed for the purpose of match fixing or any other form of corruption. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be closed immediately and relevant information may be passed to appropriate authorities.
